Pool training is a great way to polish your technique, try out new things in a controlled environment and improve your freediving skills. Whether you'd like to work on your breath hold, dynamic dives or finning technique, feel free to join one of the sessions and we'll help you with excersices that will get you closer to your goal. Training sessions are based on the Molchanovs Base Training program, which you get access to after completing one of the Lap/Wave courses. We run sessions in few week cycles, dedicated to one discipline only. Each cycle ends with a PB night, where people can test their skills and break personal records. After finished cycle, we switch to the next discipline.
